RICHARD J. WOBBY, JR.
Executive Vice President, Director of Safety Training and Member Services
Richard is a nationally recognized expert in workplace safety training. He has served as the AGC/VT Safety Director for more than a decade and is an OSHA/MSHA certified trainer. His skills have been acknowledged by many Vermont companies who have sent employees to the extensive safety courses taught by Richard over the past 15 years. Richard also assists AGC/VT members before federal and state government regulatory boards and commissions.

MATT MUSGRAVE
Deputy Executive Vice President
Matt brings his background in real estate, advocacy and association experience to help further AGCVTs mission. Having worked professionally with developers he has experienced and understands the complicated permit processes our members face. Matts focus is on working with AGCVTs leadership and lobbying team to craft an advocacy plan to work with legislators, state agencies and the administration to promote policies that will help our members get things done. As a lifelong resident of Vermont Matt knows the landscape and has focused on building relationships which will benefit AGCVT for years to come.

Director of Administration
As the Director of Administration, Debbie is experienced in training activities and trade show development and administration. She is also responsible for scheduling the vast array of workplace safety training courses. Her expertise is gleaned from positions with public and private entities.

Marcia brings her attention to detail and committment to members to AGC/VT. Wearing the hat of "jack of all trades" she integrates herself in many projects behind the scenes to make delivery seamless.

Having graduated from Endicott College with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Ben brings a unique and dynamic perspective to the field of workforce development within the construction industry in Vermont. With a strong foundation in criminal justice, Ben possesses a deep understanding of the importance of community well-being and the critical role that a skilled workforce plays in maintaining a successful company. As a dedicated member of our construction association, Ben is committed to driving progress in the Vermont construction sector. His passion for workforce development is fueled by a desire to build a strong and sustainable future for the industry and the state. Leveraging his education and passion for community betterment, Ben is a valuable asset to our team, actively contributing to the growth and prosperity of Vermont's construction industry.
