Program Structure

Five modules. Each module includes:

• One 90-minute live virtual training session

• Hands-on assignments and real-world application challenges

Module 1: Prompt Engineering Mastery

On-Line Session Date: February 24, 2026 | Time: 8AM EST

Learning Objectives:

• Learn how to communicate effectively with AI tools using clear, structured prompts

• Apply construction-specific examples, templates, and workflows

• Identify common mistakes that lead to wasted time or incorrect outputs

Hands-On Assignment: Create a library of 10 custom prompts for your specific role and

test their effectiveness on real work tasks.

Module 2: ChatGPT for Project Management
On-Line Session Date: March 3, 2026 | Time: 8AM EST

Learning Objectives:

• Use AI to enhance planning, scheduling, and risk assessment on projects

• Improve team communication and documentation management with ChatGPT

• Work through real construction scenarios where AI reduces delays and increases

coordination

Hands-On Assignment: Create a project risk assessment and communication plan for a

current or upcoming project using AI tools.

Module 3: AI for Safety Management & Compliance
On-Line Session Date: March 10, 2026 | Time: 8AM EST

Learning Objectives:

• Automate safety paperwork and generate job-specific safety plans

• Use AI to support incident analysis and prevention

• Set up digital compliance tracking and reporting to reduce administrative burden

Hands-On Assignment: Create an AI-assisted safety briefing and compliance checklist for

an active project.

Module 4: Building Custom AI Solutions
On-Line Session Date: March 17, 2026 | Time: 8AM EST

Learning Objectives:

• Build company-specific AI assistants tailored to office or field workflows

• Create automated administrative processes and digital forms

• Develop custom calculators and tools that support estimating, scheduling, and

project controls

Hands-On Assignment: Design and build one custom AI solution specific to your

company's needs.

Module 5: Automation & Workflow Integration
On-Line Session Date: March 24, 2026 | Time: 8AM EST

Learning Objectives:

• Integrate AI tools with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction platforms

• Streamline data flow between systems and reduce manual entry

• Build automated workflows that improve efficiency across the entire organization

Hands-On Assignment: Identify and implement one workflow automation that connects

your existing software tools.
