The AGC/VT Leadership Academy is an in-person, eight-session program that blends leadership development with practical field application. Sessions feature a mix of instructor-led learning, guest speakers, and hands-on group activities that reflect real-world construction challenges to give participants a balance of people leadership and jobsite readiness.
