Heat Pump Apprentice
ARC Mechanical is looking for the right candidate for our Heat Pump Installation Division. Experience is not a requirement. We are looking outside that box!
We are interested in talking with candidates with a proven aptitude for mechanical and/or electrical work. In addition, successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn, a commitment to quality workmanship, a willingness to do whatever it takes to be their best and a strong desire to be a valued and respected member of their peers on the heat pump team.
Candidate must be willing to work in all weather conditions and climates.

| Requirements |
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to ordinarily and regularly attend work for up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to climb ladders as needed throughout the course of an ordinary work day.
