Operation of various size rollers and compaction equipment depending on project requirements. Primary duty is compaction and smoothness of hot mix material to specified requirements for each project. Other duties include routine daily maintenance of rollers and compaction equipment. |

| Requirements |
Ability to communicate with the paving foreman, project supervisors and/or project engineers. Full time seasonal work in various weather conditions. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays is required. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship is important. Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. |
