State Energy Management Program Coordinator
The Department of Buildings and General Services (BGS) is seeking a State Energy Management Program (SEMP) Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the Green Revolving Investment Tracking System, the BGS Energy Star Portfolio Manager Account, the implementation of a state government energy consumption tracking system and the energy page of the BGS website. In addition, this position will coordinate and track all energy utility incentives and rebates associated with BGS projects and oversee the energy auditing project pipeline. This position will support the BGS Energy Engineer to further the development of inter-agency energy management policies and programs including the State Agency Energy Program, the State Operations Working Group, the State Energy Management Program's two revolving loan funds and the overall efforts of the State to "lead by example" through sustainable energy initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, building energy systems science, public administration, field related to energy, business, or accounting.
OR
High school diploma AND four (4) years of experience in energy programs, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related field.
