HVAC Service Technician
Seeking full-time HVAC service technicians with 2 to 3 years’ experience in HVAC service, repairs and troubleshooting. Graduates of 2-year HVAC programs are also encouraged to apply. NH and VT gas license preferred or CETP certificate strongly preferred. Position includes a company vehicle that can be driven to/from home as well as a gas card. Uniforms are provided. Hours are primarily Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed. On call rotation with bonus pay per call taken in addition to on-call premium and overtime for hours worked. Pay commensurate with experience.
We are not able to accommodate additional apprentices at this time. Applicants must have experience as outlined above.

ARC Mechanical services a large territory all along the I-91 corridor from St. Johnsbury, VT south to Bratteboro, VT and on the NH side as well.
- Applicant must be willing to relocate closer to our service area.
- Must be able to ordinarily and regularly attend work for up to 8-10 hours per day based on customer needs.
- Must be able to assume responsibility and complete on-call duties for a one-week period as scheduled every 4-5 weeks.
- Must be able to work independently for up to 8-10 hours in an ordinary work day.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to climb ladders as needed throughout the course of an ordinary work day.
- Must be able to safely drive a company vehicle from customer location to customer location throughout the ordinary work day.
- Must be able to communicate via telephone, text, email throughout the ordinary work day. |
