Constructors COVID-19 Response Strategy 3/25/2020

On March 24, 2020, Governor Phil Scott announced a new executive order to “Stay Home/Stay Safe”. This order advises people to stay at home and only leave for essentials such as groceries or pharmacy. It also stops all non critical employment and/or requires workers to remotely work from home if possible. Richard Wobby, EVP AGC/VT explains the situation and some best practices to deal with the challenges. Below his video you will find some great guidance documents to help guide you.

These documents, videos and information are provided as a courtesy by AGC/VT and not considered legal advice. Their origins vary and the Associated General Contractors of Vermont shares these with the understanding that everyone’s situation is different, the policies have been changing even after these have been posted since mid March and the the association does not warrant any information included.
