The Energy Office at the Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of energy efficiency, energy conservation and renewable energy project management. Strong candidates will have project management experience and working knowledge in the energy industry. This is a great opportunity to become part of an exciting group, dedicated to helping Vermont lead by example by meeting our energy goals. Responsibilities include project development and oversight work involving the development and timely completion of projects funded through the State Energy Management Program. Supervision is exercised over a team of consultant Engineers and Technicians as well as over other Department personnel on a project basis. Worked is performed under the direction of the State Energy Program Manager. This is a four-year limited service position.
