Thank You For An Incredible Year
Hi everyone,
As we wrap up another whirlwind year in Vermont’s construction industry, I wanted to take a moment to look back at everything we accomplished together in 2025. It’s easy to get caught up in the day‑to‑day grind, but when you zoom out, the impact this membership makes on our state is nothing short of incredible.
Here are just a few highlights we can all be proud of:
We earned national recognition... Again.
AGC/VT brought home the Howard Mock Award for the second time in three years, a testament to the strength, innovation, and engagement of our membership.

We trained Vermont’s workforce like never before.
More than 2,500 Vermonters received safety, skills, leadership, and technical training through AGC/VT this year, an 18% jump that speaks to your commitment to developing the next generation of builders.

We rolled out cutting‑edge learning tools.
Thanks to a state‑supported initiative, we launched heavy‑equipment simulators that are already helping new operators gain confidence and seasoned workers fine‑tune advanced skills.

We celebrated the best of Vermont construction.
Our 2025 Best Builders Awards showcased 13 outstanding projects that strengthened communities from Craftsbury to Windsor, projects built by members who take tremendous pride in their craft.

And we kept your voice strong in Montpelier.
From workforce development to education funding and infrastructure investment, AGC/VT pushed for policies that keep builders building and Vermont moving forward.

None of this happens without you, your membership, your expertise, your willingness to show up for the industry and for each other. You are the reason AGC/VT continues to be a powerful force in Vermont’s economic and community growth.
As we head into 2026, I hope you’ll stay engaged, stay connected, and stay proud of what we’re building together. There’s a lot more work to do...
...and a lot more to celebrate in the years ahead.
If there’s ever anything we can do to support you or your team, we're here for you. Give a call. Email or text. We answer it all.
Thanks for being part of AGC/VT.
Here’s to another great year.
