AGC/VT & Friends Institutions Committee Summit
On Friday, April 1st AGC/VT delivered a discussion on cost drivers in commercial building with Anne Minor (PC Construction) and Pete Kelley (DEW Construction Corp) representing the building committee with some other friends. AGC/VT was joined by members of the ACEC (engineers association) and AIA (architechs association). The purpose of the "summit" was to educate legislators on the challenges contractors face due to pricing increases in both labor and supplies. The three association along with Buildings and General Services had a great meeting with one of the chairs including our own Richard Wobby in some April fools humor!!
