About the course: This Planning & Scheduling course focuses on the role of the superintendent, project mananger, or the on-site person who is responsible for project oversight and provides training in the most important aspects of "project scheduling". Also emphasizes management skills applicable to on-the-job situations encountered by construction supervisory personnel utilizing a practical approach with many examples and role-playing situations.
