How to use and operate mobile cranes safely in accordance with OSHA and industry standards, including:
Crane set-up and general knowledge concepts
OSHA and ASME standards, including relevant signal person and rigging regulations
Recognize and avoid unsafe conditions associated with the operation of mobile cranes and movement of loads.
Reduce employer liability exposure through training and certification and meet the federal OSHA requirement for certification
(This training is classroom only, and it is assumed that you have some practical experience operating a crane. If you have never operated a crane before, or have very limited experience, practical training may be arranged on an hourly basis at additional cost.)

> Thursday: OSHA/ASME standards, signaling and rigging, and practice tests
> Friday: NCCER written and practical exams
> Monday (March 12th): Qualified Signal Person and Basic Rigging class—free and optional for operators enrolled in the operator class, and $300 for all others (mention AGCVT promo code to get discounted rate of $275)
Registration fee includes preparation class, all books and materials, testing fees, one written exam retake if needed (but not a practical exam re-take), and crane rental for the practical exam if you need it. It is also an option for you to bring your own crane to test in.
