MSHA Annual RefresherMSHA SEMINARS ANNUAL REFRESHER
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Owners, Mine Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, Miners (laborers), and Independent Contractors who do work at mine/quarry properties
PROGRAM CONTENT: Registration 8:00 - 8:15 am. Sessions will include Introductions, MSHA Accident Statistics for 2010, New Workplace Examination, MSHA New Haulage Initiative, MSHA's proposed Noise Regulations, MSHA's Explosive regulations, and other subjects as time allows.
This Seminar fulfills a minimum of 7 hours of credit toward the annual refresher training required of all operators by the Mine Safety & Health Act.
