Accessibility Statement

The Associated General Contractors of Vermont is committed to diversity and inclusiveness, with the goal of providing an accessible, usable, and welcoming environment to all. As we worked to redesign agcvt.org in 2017, user accessibility was in our minds and we will prioritize it in the future in the following ways:

As upgrades allow videos featured on the agcvt.org site will have captions.

The agcvt.org team will work with our web provider and designer to do routine accessibility audits.

Additionally, we will run regular accessibility scans using tools available to us online.

It is our hope to be double-a compliant by March 2019.

We will continue to code the site using best practices regarding accessibility and will stay abreast of developments in the field as the site matures, making changes as necessary and appropriate.

We have performed extensive testing to ensure usability across a wide range of platforms and devices. However, to maximize your experience, we recommend a modern browser.

Should you encounter any difficulties or have any suggestions you would like to share with the Associated General Contractors of Vermont we would be responsive and look forward to your input.
