Contractor Membership
Any person, partnership, corporation, proprietorship or firm supplying labor at a construction site, whether as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor, and actively directly engaged in the business of contracting, including, but not limited to, highway construction, building construction, utilities construction and heavy construction within the State of Vermont, shall be eligible for contractor membership with all of its privileges including the right to vote and to hold office, upon payment of the membership fee and upon admission to membership by the Board of Directors.
Associate Membership
Any person, partnership, corporation, proprietorship or firm not directly engaged in the business of contracting but whose interests are closely allied therewith, shall be eligible for membership as an Associate member. Such Associate member shall have all the rights and privileges of membership except that only two members of the Board of Directors shall be Associate and/or Professional Affiliate members
Affiliate Membership
A firm that provides services to the construction industry within one or more of the following categories: Engineering, Architectural, Legal, or Accounting. Such Professional Affiliate member shall have all the rights and privileges of membership except that only two members of the Board of Directors shall be Professional Affiliate and/or Associate members.
